Our MIT program allows each trainee an opportunity to work in all departments throughout the store to ensure success. This is a wonderful opportunity and a stepping stone towards a long-term successful career. Potential opportunities for those who aspire include Management positions Customer Service, Front Office, Merchandising, Sales, as well as General Manager and Regional opportunities.
The MIT receives department specific training as they rotate through each departments throughout the program
Depending on the experience and knowledge of the MIT, the length of training in particular department(s) may be modified. For example, if the MIT has a strong Sales background, their experience will help to shorten the length of time they spend in the sales department
At the conclusion of each training segment, the MIT is to spend time managing all aspects of the department. For example, during the merchandising phase of the program, participants would act as the merchandising manager. This will help to ensure that each participant feels competent managing in the department
